Dr. Iyengar received a faculty appointment as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Touro University College of Medicine Department of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Iyengar was invited to give a presentation on patient outcomes in shoulder surgery at the prestigious UCSF 65th Annual LeRoy C. Abbott Conference.

2019

Stockton Shoulder Institute pleased to announce that Dr. Iyengar will be performing total shoulder replacement surgery at Lodi Memorial Hospital starting in November 2019!

Dr. Iyengar is entering his 7th season as Team Physician for the University of Pacific (UOP) collegiate athletics program.

Dr. Iyengar was selected to present a poster of his original research on improving outcomes in frozen shoulder treatment at the Western Orthopaedic Association annual meeting in Monterey, CA.

Dr. Iyengar conducted a Shoulder Pain Informational Event at Wine & Roses in Lodi. More than 100 attendees had the opportunity to hear Dr. Iyengar’s perspective on understanding shoulder pain and cutting edge treatment concepts!

Dr. Iyengar was honored by the Columbia Shoulder Society as a Faculty Speaker for the 2019 Biennial CSS Shoulder Meeting in Miami, Florida.

Dr. Iyengar had the honor of being invited back to UCSF to deliver a Grand Rounds presentation to the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery on his research on clinical decision making in shoulder surgery.

Dr. Iyengar is entering his 6th season as a member of the Oakland A’s medical staff serving as the Head Team Physician for the Stockton Ports.

2018

Dr. Iyengar was featured in a “Hello Healthy” podcast discussing shoulder pain and total shoulder replacement surgery.

Dr. Iyengar presented his original research on improving outcomes in frozen shoulder treatment at the prestigious 63rd UCSF LeRoy C. Abbott Society Scientific Program.

Dr. Iyengar was featured in San Joaquin Magazine’s “Magic of Mobility” issue to discuss total shoulder replacement surgery and the new 3D computer-navigated surgical technology he is currently using.
